I chose this picture because of its simplicity, and I feel the flower is a good representation of Wisconsin during the summer. I always had fond memories of daisies. I put the flower slightly off to this side so the design would have some variety, and not have the focus point right in the middle. I added the two extra borders, because I wanted to give a slightly more professional look. I made the flower look like a drawing, taking away a lot of the detail, which gives the actual picture more of an artistic look. Over all, I feel my entry was a refreshing change of pace from the designs that are usually picked, yet still staying inside the guidelines and being a good representation of nature in Wisconsin.
